Required Agreements

I agree to the CVL™ Team Captain Agreement (Agreement 200) and accept all Captain Duties and responsibilities outlined above.

I agree to recruit players, organize practices, maintain my team roster, and communicate with my League Director as required by the CVL™.

I agree to uphold CVL™ Brand Standards, protect the league's reputation, and ensure all team members follow the Code of Conduct. I accept the CVL's Confidentiality and Non-Disclosure obligations.
